Module One - TASK A, How I turned to putty

After a number of attempts and finally turning to PuTTy I downloaded software that allowed me to telnet to library.deakin.edu.au, I was able to complete TASK A. I received my Email on Managed Care : financial, legal, and ethical issues edited by David A. Bennahum. I could have panicked but who wants to fail at the first hurdle?
